The tour was very nice and the tour guides were also nice and extremely helpful. However, we went to get some information about financial aid and when we would be receivingthe financial aid package and whatnot and the front desk lady was extremely rude. We had explained our situation but kept going around in circles and eventually just left.

Given C19 is still present, the staff and works took GREAT care and attention to not only myself and my sister, but to everyone else as well, I appreciate and applaud them all for their continued service. We’re strong and in this together. Thank you

Just did the new student orientation. Summer and Max did a fantastic job with the tour.

I applied and before classes started I already decided to leave. I’ve been told two different things when coming to withdrawing. My advisor says, “do an exit form and they will drop your classes for you and have no charges.” Another person says, “you have to drop your classes yourself for no charge.” And I can’t even figure out how to drop my classes and I asked admissions and they didn’t help and directed me back to my advisor. It’s so hard to find help here.

FAU stands for “Find another university.” And I wished I listen to it sooner. I’m praying I don’t have to pay this school money for classes I’m not even taking, I’ve never wanted to go to my community school before enrolling to FAU. I wished I would of thought twice.

Staff is very rude, no one wants to help they just bounce you around to different deptartments instead of resolving your issues. i honestly regret applying to this school and investing so much time trying to get in. The only person who has been helpful is Dan Alexander in the student union. This staff could learn so much from him.
