Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

What I liked:
– location is perfect, close to so many restaurants, shopping, even mcdonalds and liquor store within 2 minutes walk. so convenient.
– front desk provided great service. needed to jump start my car, they helped me promptly.
– free coffee every morning, a very nice touch.
– gym was great. quite a few machines, free water provided. and treadmills have individual TVs you can watch while working out.

Did not like:
– rooms are dated, and furniture/doors etc. shows wear and tear… and age of the hotel.
– due to covid, no room service until 3rd day of check in. by then we had a ton of trash and towels piled up. i wish they provided a big trash bag for us to consolidate trash. It was kind of a mess.
– the jacuzzi didn’t work, but upon notifying the desk they fixed it within a day.

overall: I would recommend this hotel…a decent choice. it’s not 5 star level hotel or service, but for the price we paid it was not bad at all.

Good service at the front desk by Ray, listened and did his best to accommodate. Typical Marriott hotel and room. 1 minute walk to several Good restaurants.

My home away from home when I visit Florida to check on my rental property. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, at an even greater price right now due to covid. Though how can you run out of king size beds when the hotel is not near capacity? They made it work for us though, great consistency during our recent work trip.

I didn’t personally stay here a friend of mine did, the property is undergoing some renovations, the building itself is very nice. From the small amount of time I spent there it’s a nice property. However, inside of my friend’s room the water was coming out brown which is absolutely disgusting!
