Credit Guard has been so good to us. They are so nice to work with. They try every way possible to answer any of my questions. They have paid off over $10,000 in debt in just 3 years. We are so great full. Would highly recommend them.

I found their staff at Credit Guard of America very helpful. They answered any questions I had. They helped me set up my debt payment plan. They also explained their program to me. They were always helpful with any questions I had. I have learned from this experience how to better handle a budget and also how best to use credit wisely. Eric was the last person I spoke to. He was helpful as are all the staff. They are also very polite. As a consumer I appreciate this.

Erick did an amazing job in helping us get all our questions answered. This company is good help us to lower our interest rate with our creditors and get out of debt faster. The one thing I don’t like is that when they split the payments to the creditors if one of the card is paid off they don’t keep track and continue to pay that card good thing my citi card gave me a reimbursement so what I recommend is you need to really be on it and make sure u keep track for each cards balance and update this company of not they will keep paying the cards.

Seemed very eager and happy to help and assured me that I would be very happy choosing to go ahead with utilizing their services…. prior to my initial call and enrollment into the program I have had little to no communication from the company unless initiated by myself. I was told that my balances would be paid off after two years and it has been at least five years since I started using the program. Needless to say I am not very happy with the program this company is supposed to be helping me get my credit cards paid off with and at the present time would not recommend to anyone in a situation similar to mine. If the communication between credit guard of America and myself changes for the better and I get a legitimate reason as to why my cards have not been paid off, especially by now, perhaps my view of this company would likely change for the better on their behalf!
