Premier Dermatology Partners – Delray Beach

I made an appointment with Dr Berlin to have a mole removed. On the morning of my appointment the mole had fallen off. I honored the appointment anyway. When I arrived the office was very busy. At least a dozen people arrived within a 20 minute wait. I felt very uncomfortable in the waiting room due to COVID. Once I was called into the exam room I was told to undress and gown up. The doctor and two assistants came into the room. I told the Dr Berlin all I wanted was a full body check up for skin cancer. While he was examining me he started spraying something on my skin in several areas. I asked him what he was spraying on me and he said he was freezing some areas. The assistant started to place vial samples on the counter. That’s when I told Dr. Berlin I did not want any moles removed due to my insurance situation. I only asked for an exam. He seemed short with me and left with the assistants. The results of the exam were not even explained to me. Several weeks later I got a claim from my insurance stating the doctor billed me for multiple anesthesia sprays and removals of suspicious skin samples. The doctor billed my insurance for unauthorized claims. I told the doctor twice I was only at his office for an exam. I feel this was unprofessional and disrespectful toward me. I will never go back!

I love this office! I have been going here for 5 years now. I see both Darah, the PA, and Dr. Sarro. They are both very knowledgeable and there is never a long wait.

In my experience, I don’t have any complaints. Everything was great. I requested to see Dr. Schillinger and he took care of all of my concerns in one visit. I don’t have insurance and it was much cheaper than I expected it to be. I was in and out in about 25-30 min total. If you’re looking for a dermatologist with experience and no BS, see Dr. Schillinger. Thank you guys, I appreciate you getting me in the same day as well!

You are better off finding a different dermatologist as I have been to this office repeatedly for treatment with no progress to my problem. They don’t care about you. They just want your money.

This office is flawless! Darah is absolutely amazing!! My wife went in to see her, and she was patient and informative! She took the time to educate my wife on all her options, and provide her the care she needed! If you have any dermatology needs, search no further! So happy with the service and results!
