Dr. Marcus and his staff were just fabulous! They took their time and treated me with gentleness. I never once felt any pain throughout the surgery. They were extremely attentive and talked to me throughout the surgery to make sure I felt comfortable at all times. So grateful for this staff for saving my life!

Dr. Marcus appears to be “the Mohs doctor” for the region. He and his staff have lovely bedside manner, and they provide very thorough written patient information on what to expect from the Mohs surgery before the surgery appointment. During the surgery they even permit family to “visit” with the patient while the tissue layer is being examined. The only negative is the excessive air freshener in the reception area; In order to breathe in the reception area I unplugged the air freshener from the second waiting room while we were in there and re-plugged it when we were done. It’s too early to tell how the healing went or if the scar shows.

A terrifically skilled dermatologist with a specialty in Mohs surgery. My brother was a patient, I have been a patient, and a neighbor has been a patient. We were all totally satisfied. The doctor had to make a long incision in my forehead and he did such a great job of closing the wound, that it is completely invisible. Lots of dermatologists send patients to Dr. Marcus for surgery and for good reason. Plus the doctor has a very friendly bedside manner. Highly recommended.

As the wife of a physician, I am extremely diligent about selecting physicians for my own personal needs.

Always I am referred to physicians as a referral from someone else..
but, this time I literally learned about Dr. Marcus online doing my own research on Mohs Surgery.

I reviewed in depth the before and after pictures of his surgical procedures because I wanted to be sure I would have minimal scarring from my procedure.

Needless to say, his pictures impressed me! In blind faith, I became a patient – and feel so grateful that I found him! His bedside manner – compassion – and skill set are without a doubt a “12” on a scale of 1-10!

I appreciated the warmth of his staff and the fact that my appointments were always on time.
Little things matter … and this doctor and his staff do all the little things that matter!
