Tobi Richman-Steinhardt, MD

Dr. Richman is the most thorough dermatologist I have ever seen. She is fast and nearly painless in taking three biopsies on my head and face. Her office is located in a beautiful modern structure staffed with caring, competent, and efficient people.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Steinhardt for years. She is wonderful as a dermatologist and has always been 100% correct in her diagnosis. She spends time w us and genuinely cares about our health. Her office staff is also warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

I could not be MORE pleased with Dr. Tobi AND her genial staff!! She is patient and caring and very knowledgeable. Staff is efficient and polite. Karen Kroger. aka R.Meriwether.

My wife was happy with the medical treatment received but the office staff is horrible! Our insurance didn’t pick up the entire bill for services rendered a few months prior, so they called my wife and stated a payment of $100 was due. Having never receiving a bill in the mail, she asked for one to be sent. About 3 weeks later, they call again and leave a voicemail for my wife. They state that due to non-payment, we were being sent to collections. Besides leaving a message like this on a voicemail being completely poor business etiquette, it’s also completely illegal.

A few days later (5/12/2013) we finally receive a statement in the mail. It had no return envelope, and no instructions on payment options (credit card, check, online, etc.). On the bottom of this statement a handwritten message says: “This is the final statement before collection!”. Directly above that it shows the breakdown of how late we were … “0 – 30 Days”, “31 – 60 Days”, “61 – 90 Days”, “91 – 120 Days”, “Over 120 Days”. Our $100 bill is listed in the 0 to 30 day bucket.

A check has been mailed out today, 5/14/2013.

Dr. Tobi was fantastic. Very meticulous and great attention to detail My wife and I both had appointments and we were equally impressed. Dr. Tobi’s bedside manner is great and her staff was caring and efficient. I would recommend her office to anyone needing a caring, highly skilled dermatologist.
