I started at Nuviva approximately 4 years ago and had huge success my first time. But then i went through a divorce and really got down on myself and ate my feelings. Once I started to feel human again I knew I needed the help of Eli. I made my appt and wasn’t shamed when I went back which was a relief as I was embarrassed to have lost control again. Eli is more than just a nutritionist as she really listens and understands what i need to be doing to be successful. I trust her 100% as I know she is always there to help me succeed. I have been back for a little over a month and I am feeling great again and positive with my mind and body thanks to her. I have recommended Nuviva to countless friends and family as I believe 100% in this program.
