I live here,great neighbors, boating community. It is undergoing construction. The management company and their personnel are questionable.

I am fortunate – live in a quiet building – peaceful. Lovely people – cheaper living in Boca with gorgeous views – where else could you get that?

LMAO!! I just experienced the Property ” Management” team. NO Surprise the reviews reflect what I just experienced. Everything from unprofessional to just plain NASTY. They don’t have the capacity to remember answers you give them in person, but they’ll cry about how hard their job is because they see “100’s” of people a day…. From the big goofy darker skinned guard flicking people off to the Property Manager who speaks while other are speaking. RESIDENTS BEWARE. They will cost you money on services ordered. I was there just to provide a service for a resident. They refused to contact the residents to ask if the resident wanted me to come in. Property Manager took it upon herself to send away a servicemen that was scheduled by resident. RESIDENT ended up paying for services that couldn’t be rendered due to property management thinking it’s their discretion on what service professionals are allowed to see residents. Long story. I GOT PAID. RESIDENT SHOULD GET REIMBURSED BY PROPERTY MANAGER FOR COSTING THE RESIDENT LATE CANCELLATION, THIS ONLY OCCURRED BECAUSE OF UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAVING A BIG HEAD. YOU HAVE A JOB BECAUSE PEOPLE PAY RENT AND LIVE ON YOUR PROPERTY. THEY SHOULD BE YOUR PRIORITY, NOT TRYING TO BULLY A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL INTO LEAVING THE PROPERTY BECAUSE YOU CAN’T UNDERSTAND. RESIDENT UNDERSTOOD. THAT’S WHAT SHOULD MATTER.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. First off, when I moved in here the community failed to disclose to us that there was a three year construction plan in the process. Due to the construction we don’t have access to our balcony which we are paying more money to have, have had two nails in two different tires within a week span and management didn’t even seem to care to fix this. I could go on and on complaining about this neighborhood, but if you want good management, the amenities you get promised when living here, and overall a good quality community, I would highly recommend not living here. Save your time, breath, and money because they do not care here.
