We took my Mom to Beltone to get evaluated and fitted for hearing aides. It was a total pleasure working with Susan Horne. She was so incredibly patient with my Mom and took time to explain everything thoroughly. Susan was incredibly compassionate and was very mindful of my Mom’s concerns and budget. Being able to hear again at the end of the visit brought my Mom to tears. This is the place to go in south Florida if you or your loved one needs help with hearing loss!
