This is a terrible company — I filed a Mastercard Cellular Wireless Telephone Protection claim and they have wrongly denied it. The only phone number they provide in their denial email is 1-800-Mastercard . I am amazed that Mastercard would allow their cardholders to be exposed to such a company
They never pick up my calls
Horrible useless company. Tire kingdom crashed my car while I was getting tires done and unfortunately their insurance company is sedgewick. A claim was opened, but I have yet to hear from anyone from the company and it’s been a month. Tire kingdom gave me the supervisors number at Sedgwick, Jennifer Joseph’s, but her voicemail says “it’s the week of March 3 and I am out of the office.” Well it’s July so I guess I’m just out of luck.
Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this shady company. My advice, record all conversations with them and read through the settlement carefully before you accept.
No one will call me back regarding my claim on my car. I have called and sent email. This is very unprofessional. I need a rental car so I can get to work and my son can get to school.
