Butterfly Effects

I want to give 10 stars to this company. All I have to say about Butterfly Effects is joyous and wonderful things. They have been very supportive since day 1. I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Andrea, Regional Director, in South Florida. She was able to answer all my questions and guided me through this process. My son has been receiving services, and he has made so much progress that I could ever imagine. My techs and BCBA are very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted several other ABA providers, but Butterfly Effects is unique (more parent training, close collaboration with other therapists, and frequent supervision). I strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants to receive the best ABA services. Thanks for bringing hope to my family.

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO WORK! They really set you up to succeed. From day one everyone here has been super friendly, helpful and responsive. The training is top notch and they really guide you along the way. The company really sets you up to succeed and my Supervisors have made me feel like they have the upmost confidence in me. This is a phenomenal opportunity for anyone. You can tell how much everyone enjoys their jobs and love the work that they do.

I worked here for about 3-4 months! Mrs. Andrea was amazing always made sure I was okay. Ms. Anyssa, I have no words for how amazing she is. And Ms. Taina was also so good with me! Also, my mentor Vanessa made the process of me getting into this company so smooth!! I appreciate everyone who made my first experience as an RBT great! Overall, company was excellent!

I worked as an RBT (South Florida team) for more than a year, and I loved it. BCBAs are really supportive and they provide great guidance and advice. At some point I was working 40 hours a week, and they always offered me more cases. There are great opportunities to advanced in your career and become a BCBA later on, if that is your goal. I always felt part of the team, and even during COVID times they always put the employees health first.

Butterfly Effects has been so helpful to our family. They’ve been great at educating us as parents in ABA, which helps keep things running smoothly. They are professional, creative, and will work until they find the right solution for any situation we’ve thrown at them. I trust them implicitly.
