My experience with this doctor and his office exceeded my expectations. I had a chronic post nasal for years and Dr. Aronsohn was able to not only help but took his time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I went in with a ton of questions and left with answers and a game plan. Highly recommend!

The Doctor is AMAZING… I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am a younger patient, so having hearing loss is rough. He speaks directly but with compassion, and he answers any question you may have. He deserves a 5 Star Rating. Sadly, you have to deal with the front desk first. This first line, the “welcoming” team, is sorely lacking in customer service. You are working for an ENT seeing patients with hearing loss. You make no effort at eye contact – in fact, you keep your head DOWN while giving direction to patients. You give unclear direction and offer no greeting, no kindness and no compassion. There is much room for improvement for this team. But the doctor is awesome! Deal with the front desk as you can.

Dr. Aronsohn is one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever been too. He takes the time to address your concern and explains his treatment plan thoroughly and made sure that I had no questions. Danielle his nurse is amazing – she is personable and extremely knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars if at all possible – highly recommend!
