Boca’s Premier Dry Cleaners

Had 2 pairs of khakis-pant legs hemmed and they got the length wrong on one leg for both pairs of pants. Had to wait another week for a total of 2 weeks before I could get my pants back. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and the cashier’s incredibly poor/rude attitude. She chipped $2 off! Unbelievable. I will never use this cleaners again even if I have to pay $4 a shirt.

Best dry cleaners in Boca, hands down. Quality is always on point, would highly recommend!

They also pick up and delivery for free as well!!

Terrible is an understatement. Would give less stars if it was possible. One mistake is excusable but my husband has used them three times and each time there has been an issue. I’m sure there is a better option somewhere in Boca….

Relatively quicker turn around – avg 3-4 days versus 5-7 days from competition. Owner, Pavel, is nice enough to reach and helps address any issues to your satisfaction. Only gripe is that you’re forced to print monthly coupon specials for every visit in 2019! Every other contemporary shop – including low profit margin ones – has already switched to digital coupons. Will upgrade rating if digital coupons are implemented.

Terrible experience. They lost my $500 sport jacket and essentially ghosted me. Didn’t return my calls or emails and refused to rectify the issue when going to the store in person.

Do not use this store…unless you’re bringing in clothes you don’t care about. Would be great if they could own up to their mistake and offer to replace my sport jacket (or offer some compensation)…but I don’t see that happening.
