I have always had positive experiences with the staff and my items have been cleaned accordingly each time. The pickup service is convenient and timely.

Consumers stay clear and be warned. I would give this drycleaners negative five stars if possible. Elite charges a premium price for an inferior product. And with the worst service; just rude and condescending. The man at the front desk is just a miserable person and should not interact with customers.

The guy is so rude and he ruined my dress. When I shared my concerns with him he was super angry with me.

Needs a lot of improvement on the customer service side. Prices are awful and not compatible for anyone. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the nearby walkable area. Go there.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is more about the staff at this dump! I parked in the last spot on the side of the building for 3 minutes MAX – mind you i only took the spot once I saw two other girls coming from the Vegan bakery next door pulling out of it. I ran into the bakery and came back to a large green sticker not just placed on my window but secured. Mind you its the day before Thanksgiving! Hows that for holiday spirit. When I approached the woman she attacked me for using her spot for less than 5 minutes while there were 4 open spot right in front. AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE
