I’ve been using Celebrity Cleaners for years. They always do quality work and the dry cleaning is ready when they say it will be.

See public records for Palm Beach county clerk’s office and BBB. IMO- A consistent problem losing customer’s clothing then refusing to replace the lost item. Let the public records speak. I would never trust them with valuable clothing.

Upcharging for ‘brands’. Every piece of clothing is a brand. Never going back.

The worst cleaners. A customer of 5+ years and finally got tired of a $1 to $2 up charge on every piece of clothing because “it is a brand”. I was told by Renee (rudely) to find another cleaner. Well, her employees tell me it is price gouging, clothes are handled the same way (and they get ruined every now and then – but I never complained – I understand it happens).

The driver from the Boynton store witnessed this.

Stay away. Rip off.

UPDATE: “slamming phone and cracking screen” – “continued outburst” – clearly written by Renee — and false. After walking outside, the driver from the Boynton store talked to me for 15 minutes, even called the Boynton branch. AH, I drive a Mercedes, so I should pay more for dry cleaning also. I get it. RIP OFF. The particular clothing in question this time were $40 COTTON Polos which you wanted me to pay $7.15 for. Lol.

This one will be out of business soon, folks. Just ask all the employees that work there. I can quote at least 3 different employees telling me that “upcharge” is just that – all is treated as regular dry cleaning — AND those employees did NOT upcharge.

SCAM! Lost two customers.
