Great service and impeccable hems! Needed two pairs of jeans shortened, with original hems, within 48 hrs for a trip. They were ready early and one of the best jobs I’ve had done, seams are perfect, can’t even tell they were altered (except for being shorter). Always accommodating and friendly, reasonably priced, even for table linens and cashmere. Previous post of one star seems a bit unfair – I too had the Groupon issue on my first visit and it was resolved no problem, money refunded. I’ve tried many cleaners and seamstresses in the area and this is by far my favorite.

If I could write a 0 star review I would. Iv never been to a place that treated their customers so badly and unfairly. I went in last month and bought a Groupon in front of the lady working who said they would honor it to make my pillows look like new (they only had a few stains). I gave them my name, they told me when to pick it up and I went on my way. I called a week later, 3 days past when they told me it would be ready and they said it still wasn’t ready. A week after that I went to pick up the pillows, and the bag they gave me had no stuffing, just pieces of cloth despite me telling them “like new”. Finally I went back a THIRD time, and when I proceeded to hand them my phone with the Groupon they said they would not be able to honor it, and that the lady that said they would got fired. I was in shock and very upset. They made me wait 30 minutes for the owner to come by. As I was waiting at least 3 people came in with various complaints about this terrible business. Finally this irate, rude man walks in and refuses to hear me out at all, much less make things right. He kept yelling “WE’RE NOT HONORING THE GROUPON! CALL GROUPON FOR A REFUND!”, he grabbed my pillows and walked with them to the back of the store. Groupon would not give me a refund. At this point I felt so wronged and mistreated I just wanted to get out of there. I payed and left disgusted. NEVER WALK IN THIS PLACE. THEY WILL DO A TERRIBLE JOB, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!
