I called this place to get advice and spoke to Tim regarding the crazy experience that I am having with another title company. To be honest, it would have been the perfect opportunity for him to encourage my distrust in the current title company I am using as well as encourage me to use his services instead. However, he took this opportunity to be honest with me and help me understand what was most likely happening with the current title company that I am with. He further helped me to understand that it was likely not their fault. He made it clear to me what he could do to help and was up front about pricing if I felt I needed the additional peace of mind. If I ever did another closing for another property, this type of honesty and integrity in a provided service is exactly the type of peace of mind I would look for, especially since the current title company we are using didn’t take the time to be so candid regarding the process. If you are looking for peace of mind and honesty, I highly recommend this company.
