The store manager is very helpful and will go out of her way to assist. She will make sure you are taken care of. Great store location, with helpful associates. From the time you walk in to the time you leave very friendly and welcoming.

The store manager greeted us after a few minutes of walking in the store. She was able to assist us in purchasing the perfect couch and love seat for us. Very attentive and polite.

American made, exceptional quality at a good price compared to other furniture stores! I’ve been looking for 6 months. They also have other furniture which I was not aware of. Great experience.

The store in Boca was fabulous. The sales staff were friendly, professional and had an excellent understanding of the products they were selling. And, not only this store, but the company as a whole have been extremely patient with us while we wait for our renovation to be completed. Last night after purchasing a new sofa sectional at another furniture store and spending multiple hours there trying to find a recliner to go with it unsuccessfully we decided to go to lazy boy and see what they had to offer. Although never being in one of these stores before we were surprised we didn’t think of it sooner since they are supposed to specialize in these chairs. We walked in skeptical but hopeful and were greeted by Heidi. Let me start off by saying that she made the complete difference in our experience and was the reason that we ended up purchasing a recliner. She had just the right mix of attention, she was very knowledgeable, but she did not have her over us. She let us run the store taking our time trying out whatever we wanted and was always available when we need to ask questions or find out information. She was very honest about what was available how long it would take to arrive and what our options were for features and materials. I feel like she was generally listening to us interested in getting us the right chair not just making a sale. I would highly recommend lazy boy for this type of purchase and I would highly recommend Heidi for any of my friends and family.
