Great furniture

Very good product, but post sale support and customer service is quite lacking, at least from our salesperson in Boca. Huge contrast with experience of friends who bought from the Natuzzi store in NJ. I would suggest only dealing with Carlos if you use the Boca store.

Our salesman, Dwayne, was very knowledgeable about the entire product line having worked for Natuzzi for 20 years. He spent almost 2 hours helping us select the perfect configuration, size and colors for our new home.

They are good at taking your order, then it falls apart. We had a poor experience through the purchase process and since you are dealing with franchise you are caught holding the bag. I would be very careful and make sure they do not deliver until you have decided to buy their extended warranty, once you accept delivery you are on your own. They do not tell you this until the truck arrives. Good product, unprofessional sales and support.
