This was our 3rd mattress firm we went to and he went out of his way to find us the perfect mattress he didn’t try and upsell or push us to get something we couldn’t afford. He was honest had great recommendations. We slept on the decision and came back and we realized it was the mattress we wanted from the guy we wanted to buy from!

Met the most loveliest Sales Woman named Rosie . Upon entering the store I was greeted with a cheerful hello a warm smile ( you could tell from the twinkle In her eyes over her mask lol). I was immediately qualified with a few questions about my mattress needs and taken through a tour of products that would best suite me. Rosie was professional and courteous and really listened to me when it came to my specifications for quality sleep. Choosing a new mattress is so important to me . Working in a physically demanding industry can take its toll and my sleep comfort is very important to me. We found the perfect quality mattress that fit all my needs and financial budget. I needed a new mattress. My old mattress is 14 years old!! I have been researching mattress’ for days now.
Yesterday I walked into Mattress Firm and was greeted by Trevor. He listened to me. He took the time to answer my questions. I wasn’t able to decide on a mattress that day. Trevor text me the same day, information on the mattress’ I seemed to be interested in. I did more research that night.
