I have been going to Dr. Lane for years. He is a great dentist. He explanations are thorough & understandable. He is honest. I am always treated well be him & his staff.

Choosing a Dentist isn’t easy and Dr lane has made this experience a smooth one! I just got some filling done and he walked me through the whole process, told me everything he was doing while it was taking place, took pictures to show me afterwards. Works neatly & efficiently. Plus he is very kind and funny. Thanks Dr. Lane.

I have been seeing Dr. Lane for sleep apnea. He fitted me with an oral appliance as I did not want to use a CPAP machine. This has been tremendous in how it is helping me. My girlfriend can now stay in bed and does not need to leave the room at night. Before the appliance she stated I snorred like a freight train and now she can’t hear me at all. Dr. Lane has been nothing but professional and helping to get this fitted correctly and has made my life better. Thank you Dr. Lane

This office has been amazing. They really do care. The service is great and the Doctor is a guy that takes pride in what he does. We have a terrible situation from a nationally advertised company that has absolutely destroyed our life and Doctor lanes office has been working very hard and very smart on helping to repair the situation. The office has been a light at the end of the tunnel for us.

I don’t believe this to to be true anymore. That’s how he started out but did not finish that way. He rushed us through and would not let me in the office because of the virus. He gave My wife the teeth and weather they fit right or wrong did not care just wanted us out. All the things we asked about with the fit were never taken care of. Everything he did had to be removed and all his sugestions about what he was going to do to help the situation were not correct. My wife was a difficult situation that he did not or could not deal with. He let a 70 year old woman leave his office in terrible pain and never looked back or even cared. He is not someone I would reccomend to anyone I cared about.

Dr. Lane accepted my 83 year old as a patient for dental implants when he knew she was moving and could not provide follow up treatment and adjustments. He had promised to find her a dental practice in her new town of residence and would work out the costs with said new provider.

Cost: $34,000

A year and a half later, none of what was promised transpired . The teeth needed adjustment and despite numerous attempts to get this resolved, nothing transpired. Eventually my mother was in so much discomfort due to needed adjustments not being done, she paid $2900 to a local dentist to fix the issues.

It seems to us that with a fee this exorbitant, especially because he would no longer be treating her, Dr. Lane should have held up his end of the agreement. The bottom line is that given his advanced knowledge of her relocation, he should have recommended she receive treatment in her new town.

My recommendation is if you have an elderly loved one, you do not seek treatment from this provider. He certainly did not do what was promised.
