CitiQuiet Windows and Doors

Ordered windows from CitiQuiet. A crew of laborers arrived hours late in a Home Depot truck that played music loudly inside my house. The anchoring screws were installed leaving five or more threads exposed to such an extent that the concealing facia would not install.
I sent pics and emails to CitiQuiet and they said that it was acceptable because it may have been a tough angle to install. They eventually came to address it because I informed him they make tools for that.

It is Dec 28th and I still do not have the screen installed on one side.

Very poor communication is only exceeded by the lack of competency.

I highly recommend CitiQuiet Windows – they are the best. Ben is very knowledgeable on all products and was timely and professional during all of our interactions. Excellent work and great service!

Wrong sized windows installed improperly now WATER is coming into the house and flooding my condo since the get go! The installation was not done correctly and three general contractors, one consulting engineer, one construction consultant, and two separate window companies all agree that the windows needed to be replaced. 7 independent companies are all in agreement. I have pointed this out since the beginning of the installation and Ben refused to fix the problem or acknoledge the issue. Very disrespectful, does not listen to client, lies, unprofessional…we had no choice but to get lawyers involved. A year after having installed city quiet windows, there is a huge leak because the window was badly caulked. City quiet refuses to come out and repair and therefore we will have to spend $3000 extra to have the window repaired as we live on the 25th floor without a balcony furthermore, two locks on one of our windows was broken when I contacted them they told me that it was not under warranty and we would have to pay to get it repaired. Went with another company to repair it because Ben Friedman Does not service what he sold us . We replaced 12 windows with him in our condo .
