Not going back here at all. White ladies in the back not social distancing at all and not wearing masks. I asked one of the employees at the front why the other employees are not wearing masks and she told me that they “were all required to”.

Clearly the ones working in the front are just wearing them to make customers feel safe, but once they get to the back they don’t care. I’m disappointed in the lack of care for customer welfare. Coughing and breathing all over the items. No thank you.

A family member was on Hospice Care and I must say she received excellent care. However, after she past, we decided to call Hospice Resale in Boca to donate her furniture. We live in Sarasota, 3.5 hrs away and drove to Boca on the date for the pickup. When the drivers arrived and came into the condo, they said, oh we can’t take Mica furniture and the coach is to old. All of the furniture was in very good condition.Maybe the couch color of pink was not trending but still in good condition. I was not told on the phone when making the appointment that certain things were not acceptable at this Hospice. Needless to say, we were speechless. I called to make a complaint and spoke to a Lesley who said she would get to the bottom of this misunderstanding and get back to me. Four Days later, I still have not heard back. Thank goodness there is an organization called Faith Farms that could not of been nicer and took the furniture while thanking us for the donations. I will never recommend Hospice Thrift Stores or other names that they go under to anyone. They are ungrateful and do not treat people with any respect. So beware to what organization you would like to donate to.

I loved this store, the staff is very friendly as well as the manager. We just got this table today for an amazing price and they where really helpful and nice to us.

Update 01/25/19:
Went back to the store and got this beautiful shelf. I am really thankful for the people that work at this place, when I asked the manager if that was the final price for the shelf she offered 20% off. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely come back.
