TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boca Raton

We only stay at Marriott properties when we travel and this hotel was the worst Marriott property we have stayed at. It felt like a cheep motel. We were told last minute that they only clean the rooms every 7 days and since our stay was shorter that they would not be coming. This is fine under normal circumstances but the remote was sticky and I do not believe it is because of over cleaning. The carpet in the room was sticky and not something to walk barefoot on. The shower had other people’s hair in it. The hairdryer was super gross. When we brought it to the front desk they were appalled and apologetic. They swapped out the dryer and cleaned the shower. I understand they were due for a renovation a year ago that was stalled due to COVID-19 but it is a must. I believe the staff does not care for it like they should though since the room was in the condition it was from a cleaning standpoint. Hopefully, after renovations they will care for it much better this time. Breakfast and the outdoor pool were across the parking lot at another Marriott property. This was fine but not convenient in the rain. Parking was also limited by the hotel and there was no unloading spaces for luggage when we arrived so we blocked in cars. We are generally pleased with the company and the variety of brands in which we have stayed. However, I am not sure I will stay at a TownePlace Suites again.

The Front Desk Staff gets 5 stars for being very polite and helpful during our week long stay. Rooms gets 5 stars for being clean and nice. The breakfast gets 1 star for being in the other hotel which i did not realize until after I booked my room. If you don’t want to walk to the sister hotel next door buy breakfast food and cook in your room. The pool gets a 1 star because it should have been cleaned more than once a day with all the trees around it. The key cards were annoying because I had to consistently go down to the front desk to have them fix them almost every day. Housekeeping could be done during the 3rd or 4th day of stay out of 7. Instead of on day 6 which makes no sense. I decided to not hsve housekeeping come instead. I would recommend this play as it is easy to access and you cannot hear anyone next door.

Town Place Suites has been great. My Dad has been sick and has recently passed away an I have stayed at the hotel while going through a very hard time. They staff has been so accommodating to my needs. The hotel is always clean and ready for me to stay. I want to thank everyone for helping in my time of need.

I love this place. It’s my home away from home. The studio has a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, an ottoman, a small table to eat on, a computer desk and chair. The bathroom is nice as well. The rooms are just like the pictures on their website. The hotel also have one and two bedrooms all with full size kitchens. The employees there are very pleasant and nice. I highly recommend TownPlace Suites to everyone whose looking for somewhere to stay.

The rooms are so cozy, and very spacious. Always smells good, and we haven’t had any problems with rooms, or getting anything extra for our room. I have been staying here almost two months now, and absolutely loving it, able to bring my wife and son along. I must say Anne, who works up front is absolutely amazing! I have nothing bad to say at all, she has the absolute best customer service, always smiling and is very helpful. She has patience, easy to talk to, actually has a conversation with you, and just treats us with so much respect. With us, I mean my son and my wife. I have been staying here over a month due to work, and she is hands down the best receptionist they have. She remembered my wife and son, after only seeing them one week, and my wife just brags on how amazing she has treated all of us. Customer service like that now a days is hard to find, but Anne you rock!!!!
