The Griffith Agency

If I could give Casey at this agency a 0 I would. Not only does he no confirm receipt of emails. He does not return calls. He was quick to renew my deceased father’s homeowners policy, however when the property was sold and I requested a refund he could not be bothered. He also told me everything was uploaded. After two weeks of dodging my phone calls, I called the actual company who told me they never received anything. On top of it I found out they needed more things than Casey said were needed! Just horrible! I will let everyone I know not to deal with this agency. Just horrible customer service and unethical behavior.

Tommy at the Griffin Agency is a top notch guy. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I have used him for all my insurance needs for over a decade. The family practice is a real inspiration and they operate with ethics.

I have commercial insurance with them & they make the insurance process a breeze in the mean while saying you a ton of money can’t ask for better rates then what I get with these guys. You need insurance just call them it’s that simple.

It’s incredible the amount of money they helped me save! Tommy was able to break down the coverages and really help me understand the policy. I now feel like the policies are tailored to me and am happy I made the switch to the Griffith agency.
