Is it possible to give more than 5 stars?? I first stepped into this beautiful store a few years ago for an event. Even though I didn’t buy anything and only gawked at the stunning jewels, gems and baubles, the warm sense of family I felt when I was there stuck with me, and when I got engaged, it was the first and only place that popped into my mind.
We had a pretty unique request, to combine our grandmothers’ diamond rings into one beautiful ring – even though they were completely mismatched. Raffi took the time with my whole family to collaborate on ideas, and even though we gave him quite a puzzle, it was incredible to watch his mind work as he came up with an initial design for us on the spot. I knew my future engagement ring was in good hands.
About a month and a half later (we had the time to spare and told them not to rush perfection!), we were invited in to pick up the ring. It wasn’t just a transaction – everyone in the store made it a celebration, and I will remember the moment I slipped the most gorgeous ring on to my finger for the first time for the rest of my life. It was a MOMENT. It felt like everyone in the store was just as excited as I was, and with how dazzling the ring came out, I understand why! Thank you to the whole team and to Raffi for making my dreams come true. Jay Feder is not just my jeweler – as such a special part of my journey, they are now family!

Marc and his team are truly exceptional. They are forthright and honest. Something very unusual in the jewelry business. From the moment you enter their elegant yet so very welcoming store you are treated like royalty. It is an atmosphere where you just want to hang out and chat with the incredible staff. Have been in a market for a diamond necklace for over 2 years now. This location, the owner, the service, the hospitality and the reliability of what they sell is second to none. They literally have pieces that range in price from a few hundred dollars to the sky’s the limit and I really feel that every customer, no matter their budget, is treated the same. SO pleased with my piece and the attentiveness of the staff. Will definitely be buying from them soon (although my husband doesn’t know it, yet!)
