I had such a great experience here. I needed a new jeweler who I could trust and I think I found one. Diamonds East was recommended by two different people. The owner and his wife helped me and I felt like family. I had a ring I needed to have sized. Not a big job so I was nervous about not a large enough job for a jeweler to want to help. I got to Diamonds East close to closing time and the owner helped me. His wife called me and I got my ring back in a few short days. This is my first time going to Diamonds East… I wanted to establish a relationship with a trustworthy jeweler for future purchases, repairs etc. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome! My engagement ring center stone was lose… and turns out one of my prongs was cracked, only found this out when Liz took a closer look, and thank goodness she did… all 4 prongs were replaced and reshaped… ( I asked for a specific style) I’m thrilled! It’s stunning!
