Put a deposit down on a bracelet and I was unable to pick up due to family emergency. I got a really rude call demanding that I pick it up by a certain date or my deposit would be lost which it ultimately was. Very rude owner. If I could save one person from doing business with this owner then my review will be worth it

Silvers Fine Jewelry is a family business. My experience with Richie, Helene, and Barbie was extremely positive! They are friendly, knowledgeable and they DO stand behind their work. Their main object was to make sure I was happy with the final product. I love the fact they are a family business and have had the same clients for over thirty years. It is nice to go into a store and the owners know you by name. They deserve the highest rating, as my experience was exceptional and I am now one of their many loyal clients.

The Silver Family treats me like gold. I love shopping at their store. I have bought many gorgeous pieces from them over the years.
I always receive compliments whenever I wear one of their pieces. The best of all I trust them whenever I need to have jewelry cleaned or watched repair or batteries.

I was looking to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring and a friend told me about Silver’s Fine Jewelry. My wife and I went into the store and met with Helene. She was awesome!! She really took her time helping us pick out the perfect ring for my wife. We are forever thankful for her kindness and excellent customer service.
