I made a call to them on Sunday afternoon because our dishwasher broke. They were here Monday morning to fix it. They arrived when they said they would, and fixed the dishwasher fast. The gentleman who did the repair was very courteous and chatty, and explained exactly what the problem was, what he thought caused it, and what he did to repair it.
I had an excellent experience with Sub Zero Appliance Repair Boca Raton and feel like I found a company that I can trust.

Alex was on time and the price for the repair was reasonable. He could have easily told me a bunch of things needed to be fixed, but merely re-attached the vent. He even looked at my refrigerator during the appointment without charge.
He will be my go to appliance repair from now on.

Ralf has been the silver lining in a very frustrating situation with our refrigerator. After SZ continuously failed to authorize the replacement parts (which were covered underfed warranty) I was at my wits end but Ralf kept in touch with me to confirm when they FINALLY sent him the authorization. Once he had the parts he was able to come and fix our fridge the next day.
When another part malfunctioned a few weeks later he worked his full day and then came to our home after hours to find a solution. I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism and would recommend him highly.
Bonus – he was very patient with our curious 4-year-old daughter and explained to her what he was doing and why when she asked to watch.

Rick came to troubleshoot my fridge. Turns out it was leaking freon and due to the fridge’s age, Rick advised I purchase a new fridge rather than waste money fixing it. I appreciated his honest opinion. He was very easy to talk to. When I initially called, Rick was on vacation so I left a message. He was great about calling me back and scheduling appointment when he returned. Overall he made it less stressful.

I have used this service company for a few years and I must say I am impressed! They are great on the phone, the employees that come to look at your appliances are courteous and seem very knowledgeable. I have had the same person come out to fix my refrigerator about 2 years apart (different problem) so you know they keep good employees. I actually feel like I trust them and that is a lot to say for a service company! They are on time, that is another big win in my book. In particular the repair person Ben is very good. Thank you for coming out when you say you will and being available when I really need it.
