Really the worst experience with Fred Moss. I am looking to keep my boat somewhere else. Please search before you come here, unless he is gone

Terrible experience, had my boat there for over two months before i resized the $50.00 saving was not worth the aggravation. One fork lift always broken down ( at least 3 times in a 2 month span) , no mechanic on site, only three spots to park your boat so at times you will have to tie off three boats deep and crawl across these boats to get out. The final straw when was i requested an oil change and gear oil change and they left the back open exposing my engine to the rain. This now turned into a distribute cap and coil issue from the rain. When they went to change the cap they broke the disturber assembly. At this they basically told me they can’t fix my boat so i requested my deposit back and i will move my boat else where. I gave back my remote for the gate (100.00 deposit) and i am still waiting on my $300.00 deposit check and its been over two months.

Friendly , Helpful Staff! Affordable rates! Whenever I call them for anything they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy! I cant wait to see the renovations begin and our boat housed in a beautiful new building!
