A very safe environment to train. I’ve trained at other gyms and been hurt but here there is a very family oriented vibe that’s fun and you feel safe and part of something special! Professor Manny teacher and accomplished jiu jitsu practitioner, highly recommend especially for beginners!

Professor Manny came highly reccomended by many of my friends in the martial arts community. His instruction is world class and he produces great competitors while running an excellent program for adults as well as children. The gym stresses cleanliness and safety and everyone is treated like family. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner.

Manny is a great teacher. My son who is 12 years old just started doing boxing and kick boxing with Manny and he is very patient, calm and knows how to teach and get great results. My son Had a great work out. I highly recommend Manny and his place!! We loved it and now will come back every week.

Manny is an excellent teacher who makes everyone feel part of a big family that we call Brazilian jiu jitsu. Plus his 30 years of experience with martial arts. i have difficulties to learn anything, but manny always has patience with me and with all levels of graduation. Best gym in Florida! OSS.

I’ve been training under professor Manny for 9 years. He has always been dedicated to the sport of Brazilian Jiujitsu, passing on the tradition and knowledge to his students who he considers family. Instruction are bar none the best, Manny makes sure that his gym is hygienic and atmosphere warm and family like. I moved away from south Florida over a year ago. Every chance i get I travel down to train with professor Manny and spend time with my jiujitsu family. That is how we are, that is what we get from Manny. Not just martial arts and physical training, but a sense of family and belonging.
