For the past 3 years I’ve had the pleasure of working extremely close with Nextus Billing Solutions. I have to say this UR team fulfills any and all requests, concerns, or questions that I’ve had in a timely fashion and provides us with the support that I need. I highly recommend Nextus Billing Solutions, and Matt Palladino if your in need of their services. Matt has consistently been available 24/7 for the past 3 years and is always on top of everything regarding our account.

I have been fortunate enough to work with the Nextus UR & Billing team and have been pleased with the services provided. The team that I have been assigned to is attentive and communicative whenever I am needing a response to a question, even if this is after hours. Reviews and billing are always completed expediently.

Nextus has been extremely easy to work with. There staff is second to none. Matt and Vinny have been there to walk us (our very beginner selves) through every step, explaining every minor detail, as many times as we need. Any time we have a question they are prompt with responses and even though I can tell they are very busy, they never rush me at all. They devote the time until we fully understand our issue. They have made the process of billing easy for us to carry out, correspondence is fast and clear, and all their attention to detail has helped to turn our business around. I truly feel we would not be in the position we are today if it weren’t for the help and guidance of Matt, Vinny, and the rest of the Nextus staff!

WARNING! Find another billing company for substance abuse, Nextus is horrible! Our center has been a Nextus client for almost two years and noticed many billing errors (within the last 10 months). We decided to hire a third party company that audits billing/collections, what they uncovered was scary. Nextus does not send medical records on time, they do not f/u on most insurance denials. I advise every Nextus client to hire a third party and audit their billing, get ready to pack up and run! Keep looking there are much better billing companies out there with reputable owners.
