terrible service, trying to get a hospital bed that United Health Care stated this was an approved vendor. They play games! 30 days to fianly be told bed ready for delivery, they wanted $450 deposit, refunded only if I request after they get paid from United Health Care, if I do not request no refund. Plus a $203 deductible, when in fact no deductible on the policy. I called spoke with Wendal several times, always promised to return call, did not happen. Then I spoke with Wendal, he claimed Doctors office did not send him what he needed when in fact they sent 3 times, I called back 5 minutes after speaking with Wendal and his co-worked tells me he did not come to work today, total scammers in my opinion, stay away, you will wasted your time and pay more that you need. Another South Florida Scam company!! 3/4/21 update Apria Healthcare delivered bed today, 3 days total no money changed hands, BUYER BEWARE Of Scotts Medical Supply!

Extremely poor customer service!!! A one week delay on renting a hospital bed has turned into over a month and I still haven’t heard from them They don’t answer their business phone and they don’t reply to phone messages and emails. If they can’t supply the hospital bed, the very least they could do was to return my calls to advise.
