Venus Med Spa

I am an existing customer. I booked an appointment for Saturday and even payed a $100 deposit. They called me and cancelled my appointment due to a mistake on their part. Due to my schedule, I can only come in on Saturdays. They would not honor their pricing for the next weekend as they were running a special that day even though the mistake was on them. Very disappointed with their customer service and will not be returning.

This location is amazing! I’ve been here twice with Lisa and she is absolutely great. I’ve done one syringe in my lips each time and she works with me to get the exact look and shape I’m going for. Lisa corrected a slight droop I had on one side of my lip and she also fixed my lip from going up on one side when I would talk. These are things I didn’t expect to be fixed with lip injections since I was just going to increase my volume, but I was obviously so happy to learn that my symmetry could literally be fixed to almost perfectly equal. I’ve gotten so many compliments by my friends telling me they look natural. I can’t wait to see Lisa again! She’s so sweet and cares about your outcome.

I came in for my first dysport treatment between my eyebrows. I noticed that I was developing a line that made me look tired and mean. Lisa is so amazing! I was extremely nervous and she did an awesome job at explaining everything. I love my results! It was exactly what I was looking for. I look much more relaxed and refreshed.

Venus Med Spa has no social distance, but did make you wait outside for your turn. They had no other customers when I was there but made me wait a long time while they chatted between themselves. They have good CBD oil. Otherwise, I would never go there for anyting.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now and i always leave happy! Lisa is great at what she does, she takes her time and explains all procedures thoroughly. Scheduling is also super easy and the girls at the front desk always work with my schedule. Highly recommend to everyone looking to get some fillers or Dysport.
