Relatively painless experience doing a cash out refi with Dore as my mortgage rep. Hadn’t done a documented loan in a long time (past 2 mortgages were no-docs), but everything was handled online with few hiccups. Only issue was getting closing documents on time, but apparently many companies are backed up because of the excellent rates available, combined with some staff shortages due to covid – we closed only a few days later than original estimate. But from my experience, you should always allow some buffer time in these types of transactions.

It was an amazing experience with The Mortgage Brothers company simply because it was quick, great communications at all times, no gimmicks , or last minute surprise. At first we were very reluctant about the transaction since I tried several different mortgage companies to get an estimate none did offer what they did.
