It can be very confusing at first, but Dana really helped me understand all the ins and outs of buying a home, applying for mortgage loans and everything else that goes along with it. As i handed in needed paperwork so that we continue the process, his numbers continued to be accurate. I also vacillated between house pricing and % down and Ira was really helpful in helping me go through different exercises that allowed me to see how my decisions would affect mortgage. He was always available via phone and email. Gave me valuable advice around decisions that could affect the time frame and loan. I can’t think of anything he could have done better.
