We worked with Mike and his team on both the initial purchase and refinance of our home and have been very satisfied with the relationship. We worked directly with the seller in the initial purchase and understandably had many questions since there was no realtor taking us through the steps. There were very minor bumps through the process, particularly in communications with other members of the team – one used quite a peremptory tone when following up. These are again easily traced to the fact that we were working without a realtor, and needed probably more guidance than those with one. After briefly re-aligning expectations, they were quick to focus back on the process and get it done. I will reiterate that Mike and his team were really very quick to respond to questions and concerns, and supportive throughout the process, even after everything was completed.
