The staff is nice but they don’t seem to be authorized to do things that FedEx and UPS can do. They can’t print out labels for FedEx or UPS. They can’t scan codes that I am provided to return things. Almost every time I’ve gone there to try to send some thing to Fed ex or UPS, they told me I have to go to the Fed ex or UPS store. If I already had a printed label set up for Fed ex or UPS, I could have just had Fed ex or UPS come to my house to pick up the item rather than taking my time to go to to the store only to be told that they can’t mail it for me. They should not have signs outside advertising FedEx and UPS if they don’t have full capabilities to provide those services.

Been using them for years to avoid mail or boxes backing up at my door. Super friendly folks who really care. We’ve used their private mail box, shipping and boxing services and never been disappointed.

They were recommended to me when I couldn’t find any store selling a single box in the size I needed as opposed to buying a whole pack. Very easy going and reliable. My item arrived safely and on time. Thank you!
