Venetian Nail Spa (Park Place)

Rushed and didn’t listen to what I wanted. This was supposed to be a pampered treat for me and my mother. I asked for the signature pedicure, but I received a rushed and unprofessional basic one. Then we were rushed to pay even before we stand up, as if they thought we were going to run. Kyle was my tech, he’s the worst. My mom had a young lady who gave her way better service. This was my first and last time coming here. Not worthy of my hard earned money. I did not feel welcomed or wanted.

Had a pedicure and gel manicure. My toes are different colors because he used a dirty polish brush. I forgot to check them after my manicure. I called and they told me to come when they open the following day so they could fix it for me. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said “no, it shouldn’t take long at all.” Well, I showed up as instructed and was told I’d have to wait 30 to 40 minutes. No apologies. Didn’t even care to look at the screw up his employee made. I will never go here again.

Will never come back and I hope you guys move out! Place is clean and pleasant. Young guy receptionist is always texting and doesn’t look you at the face when you are talking. For the 3 td time have been Disrespectful with my time. I specifically asked for a time and was told to come in. When I came in The person was with another client just beginning. Know what happening – until I asked. What’s unpleasant is that I have called and made appointments, they tell you to come in and once you get there the person is always busy at the time You scheduled. It’s so Much easier to say that they don’t make appointments instead of leaving people
Waiting. Today I waited 20 min for a “Appointment “ that I called to schedule with NOC. This is my last time at this salon. I come to get my nails done to
Relax and have a experience not to be irritated. It is also pricy for the customer service. Not worth.

I enjoyed my experience here today. My nail tech was very good and she took very good care of me. The pedicure was a just amazing. From the hot stones to the hot towels all the way down to the gel in the foot tub afterwards. I’m going to sleep like a newborn baby tonight. Everything was on point and I will definitely be back

This was my second time at this location. The first time I was very happy with my nail tech. Ken was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, he was completely booked yesterday so I had to go with another person. The new person I went to never asked if I wanted to change my shape or make my nails shorter. My main problem is my nails were not painted correctly. I choose a black dip color and you can see white all over. She did not take her time. My nail shape doesn’t really match either.
