Nail Trendz

I came in with no appointment for my boyfriend and I to get services , me full set and him pedi . We only waited maybe 5 mins then we both got seen . Ivy did a beautiful job in my nails ! My boyfriend enjoyed his pedi as well . Ivy took her time with my nails and they came out perfect.

While I’m getting serviced, my nail tech kept saying things in her native language to the other techs. At one point 6 pair of eyes turned around to look at me. Of course I don’t know what they said but it must’ve not been good. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. First and last time! I will not return.

I’m honestly sad that I am even leaving this review because I’ve been coming here for awhile and I think I even left a good review in the past. I always would see Van and she always did my nails great. However I just called to make an appointment and she is refusing to book me because I missed my appointment and didn’t call to cancel it. (Which I don’t even remember to be honest because I haven’t had my nails done since before this pandemic) If I missed an appointment don’t you think it would of been for a reason? To refuse service because a client missed an appointment is ridiculous I’ve been seeing her for a long time I’m not a new client. Clearly they don’t care about clients or she would of gone about it differently asking is everything ok why did you miss the appointment instead of just refusing to see me again.

Went in for a mani and pedi, the lady was rushing because she wanted to take a lunch break, and they way overcharged me and there was nothing i could do about it. Terrible service would not recommend.

I love this place , thanks for the nice Flowers on my nails every time I come from Germany. Highly recoment this Salon
