Honestly… save your time and money. These people love to waste it. First time I had to come in three times to pick up trial contacts. Second time: Ordered trail contacts… never called me to let me know they were there. So I called to confirm that they were there and they said there were. Surprise….. I went today and they weren’t. Very unprofessional. They told me they save items for 90 days on the phone, in the store they told me they don’t. 🙃
So unhappy with their service. With peace and love this places sucks.

I wish I never wasted my time here, I sat in the office for TWO HOURS! Which consists of issues with the computer system so everything took forever. Just for them to not have my trial pair of contacts in the office. So i had to order my trial pair which will come in the same time as my actual contacts. I was told my contacts will arrive in a couple days but now everything is delayed for over two weeks. I spend over $300 for absolute horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money here I wish I never did!!!

I broke my glasses but luckily they were under warranty. When I went in to get the replaced, they didn’t have the frames I wanted in stock…but Nate tracked a pair down, had it shipped to the store closest to me and had me out and on my way in less than 7 mins. Nate’s diligence, courtesy, and professional manner in helping getting my glasses is why I’ll stay loyal to Stanton optical.

Don’t bother coming here for your glasses. I moved away after ordering mine and changed the shipping address and they were STILL sent to the Boca location. On top of that, I had to call 3 separate times over the course of about a month and a half to get the glasses shipped. After numerous phone calls and being assure I’d get my glasses and never receiving them I then called for a refund and would you know it, I didn’t get the refund either. This store is impossible to deal with and nobody ever calls back or picks up the phone when you call. DO NOT get your glasses here.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’VE PAID OVER $200 FOR MY GLASSES AND WELL OVER $100 FOR MY CONTACTS. I BROUGHT MY FRAMES BACK ON 9/22/2020 TO HAVE THE BLUE LIGHT PUT INTO MY LENSES. IT IS NOW 10/21/2020 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY GLASSES! I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG, LET ALONE WAS I GIVEN ANY TYPE OF UPDATE! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM AGAINST STANTON OPTICAL! I WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE KNEW WHY MY GLASSES WERE TAKING SO LONG, THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE LAB IS HAVING TROUBLES WITH CUTTING MY LENSES??!! THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR ANYONE WHO HAS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT GLASSES, BECAUSE THEY DON’T! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK GABBY AND LEWIS FOR ASSISTING ME AND EMPATHIZING AS ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE THAT SAME ATTITUDE AND URGE OF SERVICE! UNLESS I RECEIVE A REFUND WITH MY GLASSES THAT I PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR, I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS! THIS IS CLEARLY A RIP OFF AND STILL I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN THE GLASSES THAT I’VE PAID FOR. ALSO, I WORK WITH COMPUTERS AND CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I HAVE ASTIGMATISM, THIS COMPANY CAN CARE LESS IF I’M ABLE TO SEE OR NOT! ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR RATING!
