I love my glasses! It was very easy to order offline. I will never shop at any of the big retailers again! I’ve been wearing glasses for 17 years!

I have had to come back to this store for what will now be the third time to have my eye glasses adjusted.
I was at least pleased to see WP re-open following Covid. However, with a completely empty store, staff would not allow me in to get my eyeglasses adjusted in the event that the next person showed up early etc. in the time this moron argued with me about whether or not I could randomly go in and get my gasses adjusted, I could have…without it mattering to or affecting anyone else.

This business has adapted very well to COVID. There were very limited people allowed in the store at one time, and everyone wore masks. You could take the masks off when trying glasses but only when facing the mirror, to protect the staff. There were clear markers of where to stand to protect each other and staff.

Walking through the mall was the unfortunate part, SO MANY PEOPLE. but at least everyone is wearing face masks now because Palm Beach County has made it mandated.

Great experience! I can’t remember the exact name of who helped us, I believe it started with an M. She was on the right side of the store, dark hair with glasses. This was Sunday August 16 at 2:30pm. She was wonderful! Very helpful

Amazing, kind, friendly, and helpful employees. My sister had to exchange her glasses (twice) and these employees made it such a pleasant, easy breezy experience. We found a great pair for a great price (gotta love Warby Parker) but the people here are what made us raving fans. Will definitely recommend this location to others, and come back when I need a new pair.

Excellent selection, excellent service and courteous and helpful salesman and opticians. Recommend.

Edit. It’s been a few months. I had to go back to have the earpiece readjusted because they were sliding. They did this happily. Then, a month later, I had a strange glitch when moving side to side, which my optometrist attributed to a prism effect, which he then removed from the prescription. Even though I was beyond the one month, WP gladly remade the lenses with the new prescription.

Customer service in this small store is absolutely tops.
