There can never be enough words to describe the quality of care, understanding and professionalism you receive from this office. From the minute you walk in you are greeted and everyone is friendly. Dr. Kehoe is one of a kind. She is amazing and I trust her completely with any decisions concerning my vision. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend her.

My appointment is next week. Read reviews on Yelp. Not very good. I don’t like the fact that they need your credit card on file. I’ll let you know. Had my appointment today. I liked the place, I liked the people there, very relaxed atmosphere.. Very pleased. I’ll go back!

Very questionable individuals I’ve ever come across. Made an appointment and while my visit was fine, they do lie about pricing, they say one thing on the phone and a different price in person, it’s absurd! Another time I was there I came to ask questions about my frames and front desk was rude. While trying to find a solution, I overhear someone’s bill and it was well over $800. Too expensive for no reason, I’d rather go elsewhere. Do not recommend at all!

I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam
For myself and 2 of my children. I asked over the phone how much an eye exam is. The receptionist told me 148$. She proceeded to ask me all my information including if I wear glasses or contacts. I said both. She scheduled me for an exam the same day and my children the next day. The exam itself was great. The doctor and assistant were both excellent. I went to pay and was told the bill was 234$, almost double what I was quoted on the phone. I said no it’s 148$ and Janet, I believe, proceeded to tell me I had an exam and got a prescription for both contacts and glasses which is double the price. This was 100% not told to me when I made the appointment. This is a classic BAIT & SWITCH. I left there feeling totally scammed. Thank goodness, I can afford it considering I still have a job but so many people have lost their jobs or got put on a decreased salary considering the pandemic that I realized how immoral this is. You get the patient in your office promising them the lowest price then double it at checkout. That’s just wrong. With so many people working on a tight budget these days, this is so unlawful. I would hate someone else to be taken advantage of. I let Janet know I was displeased, but she didn’t do anything about it but also didn’t seem surprised. She just confirmed that this shouldn’t have happened. I got home and told my husband what happened and he said to cancel the children’s appointment immediately. I did. I told the receptionist why I was canceling and she said nothing she just canceled. Same woman who gave me the wrong amount in the first place. This is definitely not a way to run a business. Please be aware that this office is dishonest.

I am always amazed at how kind, honest and knowledgeable Dr. Kehoe and her assistants are. She will take the time to explain everything and address any concern I may have. The staff (Sara, Fanny, Dominque) are very patient and fast at completing my requests. We always look forward to our eye appointments!
