I went to this location after I had an infection in my finger after the cat bite. A quick interaction with the doctor Esmaeili was pleasant and encouraging. After 5 minutes of seeing the doctor, I was charged $180 upfront. I was promised to follow up on my upcoming procedures, no calls no follow-ups. Later I received a bill for additional charges. Even I brought an X-ray with me doctor used ultrasound for which as you can think they charged me without even telling me that it will be an extra charge.

You would say why I even surprised, the same issue is at every single medical center. It’s not about patients anymore it’s how much profit they can bring to their medical center. I still have a hope that one day it will change and patients will become a priority.

I met with Dr. Esmaeile, I had to have Carpal Tunnel surgery to increase mobility and functionality in my hands. The surgery on my left hand went great, he kept me informed throughout the procedure. When I got home, that night he called me to see how I was doing. That is special these days. Not looking forward to having the right one done, but know I will be in good hands.

Had a trigger finger surgery with Dr. Esmaeili – went super smooth – Great doc – knows his stuff and super down to earth. Highly recommend!

Omg!! Can’t say enough good things. I broke both wrists and was distraught. His office staff fit me in ASAP and were amazing. Dr Esmaeili is caring, friendly , comforting and talented as hell. The while ordeal was horrific but I couldn’t ask for any more from a doctors office. Julie is a fabulous PT as well. Don’t hesitate to see Dr Esmaeili.

If you have a hand or wrist injury, just go here. Please don’t go to urgent care for anything other than a nasty cut that’s beyond your own first aid. Learn from my mistakes. The x ray equipment is a bit dated here, but it’s actually pleasant going to Dr. Garrod since he knows what he’s doing and the x rays will be placed right there in your room as he looks over them. They could not read the digital files that I provided from urgent care, so unfortunately I had to take x rays again. They limited the number they took since they knew how unfortunate the situation was for me. Had they not been so busy with emergencies, l think they would have used the doctor’s x ray reports from urgent care. Overall, if I had just gone here in the first place, I’d have been just fine both from a health and financial perspective. So again, learn from my mistakes. It’s expensive here, but you’ll get better/more appropriate care. Also keep in mind they are busy, emergencies happen regularly so that’s why you’ll wait. They don’t mean it, it just happens.
