This place is really great!! Every staff member I dealt with was really caring and sympathetic to my needs. I had a lot of trouble with my pain management doctor believe I was in pain (leukemia survivor with lasting nerve damage and immune disorders that also trigger pain). I had been in a ridiculous amount of pain because of 5 broken ribs at the time and my pain management doctor refused to believe me, so I came here. Thank god I did. It really lifted my spirits to have the doctor believe me before looking at my X-rays. Once he did, the whole office basically said no one can ever say I’m weak since I was walking around with broken ribs. The doctor was able to advise me on what to do. The whole staff has been really great helping me get the help I need and working with my PTSD related to the medical world. I have been back a few times to work with the PTs. All amazing! I’m really lucky I had such a bad pain management doctor previously to force me to see dr Provo here. I’m really finding ways to manage my pain with the PT exercises. It’s really great to find people who care. I still have more work to do on my body, but the relief I’ve found already has been life changing. It’s really given me hope for a life not in pain.

I found Walk-in Ortho via Google search. Not sure what made me think to Google Urgent care for Orthopedics. My husband severely hurt his back. They were booked for appointments but said he could come as a walk in. I knew there would be a wait. Better than waiting for doc office that said 4 days to one month wait. I called all over town. No they were not in our plan but worth being seen today! My husband was happy with Dr and said he would go back again for follow up. Evaluated, x-rayed, shot for pain and medication. By the way, front desk ladies were super!

I’ve been running my whole life and have put a lot of wear and tear on my body. Early 20’s but split cartiledge in knees. Provo gave me a PRP shot in my twice-injured wrist and it was like magic. Helping me with knee issues as well. 5/5, thank you

As the son of an orthopedic surgeon, I was fortunate to have immediate personal medical care for sports injuries for 30 years. Now that my father is retired, I wait in line just like everyone else.

When I recently came down with a painful case of tennis elbow from lifting weights, I decided to bypass the red tape and long wait times at Holy Cross and call Dr. Provo. What a difference. Of course he’s intelligent, but he was also very personable and explained to me 1) why I got injured and 2) how to avoid injuring myself again.

I called late in the afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The intake process was very efficient and they took my insurance. I received a cortisone shot and was on my way in no time. Finally – a physician’s office that “gets it”. Thank you Dr. Provo.

I was greeted warmly by the girl up front, I think her name was Luisa. She took all my info and promptly took me back. I was seen by Dr. Povo, his attention to detail was really impressive. What really took me back was how much he tried so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. That simple act of humanity is what is going to keep me going back
