Awesome, friendly service. Got my propane tank filled in 2 minutes flat. I’ll be coming back. Please consider our local businesses when dealing with this stuff!

Bad customer service. We have been going here monthly since June to fill our propane tanks for our forklift. Today they would not take a credit card for propane refills and claimed they have been cash only since March. I spoke with another employee multiple times in the past and explained that this was a business expense and we needed to put it on a company card, in which case he agreed and charged our card. We have used our company card here monthly to refill our propane tanks. Our employees do not carry company cash around. We will take out business elsewhere.

Disappointed; however they were very nice and friendly. I originally had appointment for Monday may 25th. Neither lees or I realized it was a holiday and no work was allowed in our community that day. We re scheduled for 5/31. On 5/29 (2 days prior to our rescheduled service) technician texted they had an opening and could come that afternoon. They told me to pick a time. I responded 2:30. They accepted and confirmed 2:30. At 2:30’nobody was here. Come 2:50 I receive a text saying 15 min away. An hour goes by and I contact them to see where they are. Now 3:45 and nobody here. They text me saying “truck overheated”. I had to leave for family event. Ended up canceling the service. Disappointed. I understand things happen, but lack of communication kept me waiting (and wasting) 2 hours of my Friday afternoon.

After 15 years I decided to replace my Weber grill. Since I am handicapped I decided against big box store. Although I brought an ad from Home Depot with me. Not only did they match the price but they threw in a spatula and brush set. They free delivered and set up the barbecue and demonstration of everything. How ever I forgot how to change the battery of the fire starter. It’s two years ago I bought it and when I called up they walked me how to replace the battery great place for a new barbecue I highly recommend this place

These reviews are absurd… It’s not closed first off. Secondly they do charge by weight. 10lb tank, you pay for 10 lbs. 20lb tank, you pay for 20. If not, I think everyone would be bringing their forklift tanks for a flat 25 refill…

These guys are great. Very professional. You get the full 20lbs a standard BBQ tank holds. Not the 15 you get from an exchange.

Lastly, any time there is a hurricane, these guys are there to make it happen. No gouging, just plain superior service. And that’s worth alot these days.

I can’t speak to their customer service beyond that, but being a grill guy, I know they carry quality products.

Dealing with clueless customers is painful… I can relate, being in the service industry myself. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.
