Would not recommend. I had a case with these people I had to change lawyers because the attorney did no movement on the case, but wanted to charge me 33.3% then had me sign off for 40% to submit into litigation because he felt he could not resolved it in pre-suit (almost 1 year after my accident) securing his bag. Never drafted the demand letter as he had advised in a phone conversation. Lied to me every time I called to see what the status was. Never called to see how I was doing even after the massive back fusion surgery I had (til this day I am recovering from). I had a recorded statement with the insurance company, the lawyer showed up late and the assistant handled the statement. How unprofessional and unethical. These folks just want your money you are just a case number to them, don’t believe the hype. They are no better than the bigger firms that advertise how they can get you 1million for you case. I am please to say I have a better lawyer now and it not these people.
