We received excellent service from start to finish. Our refrigerator started having problems late Saturday night and we called Viking Appliance Repair on Sunday morning. There aren’t many repairmen in the area available on Sunday that won’t charge you an arm and a leg. He told us when to expect him and came to our house the same day. He was friendly, but most of all efficient, and honest. He knew what to look for and in our case, had what he needed with him in order to complete the repair within the same repair visit. He charges a base fee plus the cost of the part/s and his price, for the value of the work, seems fair. We called him based on his other positive google reviews. Overall, an excellent choice to ask him to come and it ended up costing us much less than going out to buy a new refrigerator. I would highly recommend Viking Appliance Repair to anyone else needing an appliance repair. A+

I got home from work this evening to find that my refrigerator didn’t work at all! I proceeded to call my sister who had used Viking Appliance Repair a couple of weeks ago, I called them, they came within 20 minutes, found the problem, they gave me a very reasonable quote and my refrigerator was fixed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them because not only they did a great job and a reasonable price but they were courteous, polite and very professional.

He has been in the business for over 30 years, was personable, professional, quick to respond, and repaired my double ovens in a matter of minutes! His phone quote was acceptable to me but after the work was finished he charged me less. Can’t say enough good things about him; we will definitely use him in the future.
