My visit with Dr.Patel was great. He listened to my concerns, evaluated the situation and was very generous with his time in explaining things to me. As a type 1 diabetic for over 20 years where foot care is very important, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others.

Dr. Patel is a very knowledgeable podiatrist who has your absolute best interest in mind. After seeing several doctors and physical therapists about ankle sprains I’ve had, Dr. Patel quickly broke down what my actual issue is, and provided treatment solutions. I am pleased with my experience. Highly recommend for any foot or ankle needs.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. As well as Dr. Patel. I was asking a lot of questions but he did not get annoyed or rush, he answered every question and gave his suggestions on what I should do. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Pritish Patel.

This is a sad story. I had been to another podiatrist prior to contacting Dr. Patel, after I read many glowing remarks about his abilities. I was suffering for months with chronic yeast around my toenails and under the skin on my feet, causing me to not sleep at all from the excruciating pain night after night. I was actually taking pain killers to try to sleep, but as many as I took, they didn’t help. I hadn’t slept much at all for months before seeing him. I should mention that I had been to a dermatologist prior to seeing him, and the dermatologist sent me home with a prescription for liquid cortizone to relieve the pain, which I never filled. That was too dangerous. Nobody seemed to know what I had or what to do for me. I was desperate, but I knew that I had to get the yeast tested, so I asked Dr. Patel to do just that. Dr. Patel took a little tool and flicked the white flakes that were growing around my toenails off, telling me that I had “dry skin”. Seems like he didn’t believe me; I think he thought that I was making my condition up. That I was a hypochondriac. So I left — the whole appointment, which lasted less than two minutes — I may as well have gone to the car wash — disappointed, frustrated, and feeling like I’d wasted my time and my money. I finally went back to my infectious disease control doctor, who I had seen for something else earlier that year. She couldn’t see anything, since I had been digging the yeast out of my toes, doing my own surgery to relieve some of the pain. But she did recommend that I get a blood test for candida. At last … that blood test showed that I had candida markers in my blood, which is very serious, since if that condition progresses, and it goes to your brain, you’re toast. So, long story short, although Dr. Patel might be good at what he knows, he’s not willing to listen to his patients, or to move outside of his comfort zone. I think that people often times know what they need, especially since the internet provides so much useful information these days, and they simply need a professional to verify their personal assessments. So, if you have something that Dr. Patel isn’t knowledgeable about, and he gives you the impression that you’re a nut case, find another professional and keep looking until your condition is resolved — I had to see four doctors until I finally figured things out — since most doctors don’t know anything about the condition that I actually have — candida on, around and deep within the skin around the toenails is just one of the many symptoms by which candida can appear on the body. That condition is is called “leaky gut” — or intestinal permeability. Hopefully, this writing will help some of you who are suffering like I was (and still am, but not like before) find practical information and a resolution to your problem.

I really appreciated the kindness that Dr. Patel and staff have shown to my daughter through the treatment provided. I only wish more doctors had such excellent compassion and bed side manner. I will only see Dr. Patel for any foot related concerns! So grateful for his help. Thank you again!
