These are the most disrespectful office staff that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. As with so many others, my choice is NO stars, but it appears that it won’t allow that option.

To rent a place in Boca West CC I was asked by this management company to give a $1,000.00 security deposit upfront (extra to the security deposit from the landlord). It’s been 7 months since I returned the apartment and moved to another state. They offered to send me my money and after 7 months I still can’t get my money back! Nowadays you would think they would send a check via certified mail/tracking/signature required…

the worst company ever, if something ever happens all you have is a lady that says “hmmm”. no one in. charge is ever there. they tell you they will give you a call back and never ever ever do. if your complex happens to fall for this people. GO AHEAD AND START LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME! as everyone in my complex has been doing (they have only be there for 1 month) can not express how horrible this people are !
